If you aren’t familiar with Intellisense, its like having autocompletion while coding. for instance, if you begin to instantiate an object you are presented with an interactive list of all of the parameters the constructor takes. you can also scroll through all forms of the constructor. All of the details are at Marc’s blog - from there you can grab the plugin, view a screencast to see it in use in Visual Studio, and even contribute to the CodePlex project which Marc is looking for volunteers to help finish up.
