Online flight trackers are useful for knowing when to leave to meet guests at the airport and practical stuff like that. IFly is using the Virtual Earth map control as their visualization engine on their website which gives them traditional 2D views of where a flight is in realtime, but it also gives them the ability to add? some chrome when switching into 3D. You can navigate your view interactively or use the default view buttons like ‘Wingman’ and ‘Cockpit View’ to quickly toggle. Click the image below to try it out.
